Tigers signed RHP Ben Taylor to a minor league contract.

Taylor signed with the Cubs as a non-roster invitee Wednesday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.

Taylor agreed to a minor-league contract with the Diamondbacks on April 11, Kegan Lowe of Baseball America reports.

Taylor cleared waivers Thursday and is now a free agent.
