Artie Lewicki has signed a one-year contract with SK Wyverns of the Korean Baseball Organization.

Diamondbacks optioned RHP Artie Lewicki to their alternate training site.

Lewicki (elbow) was sent outright to Triple-A Reno on Tuesday.

Lewicki (elbow) was claimed off waivers by the Diamondbacks on Wednesday, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.
