Jayden Daniels NFL Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 52.5 Rushing Yards

We were shocked to see Daniels' rushing projection set so low last week at 40.5 yards that we were all in on him finishing with more than that total and he did not disappoint as he finished with 88 yards rushing and two touchdowns.

The projections were increased for Week 2 but not enough that I won't be going right back to the well here with Daniels and his rushing yards projection which is set at 52.5 for the week.

The Giants defense is going to be among the bottom ranked units in the NFL and Daniels was considered the best running QB in the draft.

I just don't see how he doesn't use his legs, in his regular season home debut, to get the Commanders their first win of the season.

 

Derrick Henry NFL Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 74.5 Receiving Yards

In Week 1 we saw Henry get off to a bit of a slow start as the Chiefs defense really shut down the run when it came to Henry. With Henry struggling we did see Lamar Jackson rush for over 100-yards in that matchup.

Week 2 feels like a new song and dance as the Las Vegas Raiders come to town as heavy road underdogs and with Lamar Jackson missing practice this week to due “general soreness” I doubt they want their franchise QB taking too many extra hits this week in a game they should win going away.

I'm looking for a heavy dose of Derrick Henry in Week 2 as he carries the workload and the yardage against this bad Raiders defense.
