He's back and he is healthy and we don't know how long we will be able to say that about Kupp who has been hampered by injuries ever since he set the world on fire during the Rams Super Bowl run.

The way to beat the Lions last season was through the passing game and while Kupp was kept in check during the team's playoff loss to the Lions last season, I'm expecting a bigger performance here in Week 1 following a healthy offseason and training camp to get ready for this matchup.

Speaking of health or lack there of. The Lions took a shot on Williams two seasons ago in the first round of the NFL Draft knowing he was coming off of a torn ACL and was going to miss some games. He then dealt with violating the leagues gambling policy and then once again dealt with injuries.

The talent is definitely there and his role on this team is to stretch the field and be that big play receiver while Amon-Ra St.Brown and Sam LaPorta tear up the middle of the field.

By all accounts this offseason Williams was healthy and re-focused on making his year three seasons a success.

He most certainly will get a few deep looks in this game and all we need for him to do is come down with one of them for this play to hit.
