Romeo Doubs Sleeper Fantasy NFL Pick: More Than 3.5 Receptions

By all accounts, Doubs has been the “go-to” receiver for the Packers during training camp and his chemistry with Jordan Love has really shown through for the third-year receiver who is coming off a solid sophomore season where he had 59 receptions for 674 yards and eight touchdowns.

While the Packers have invested draft picks in Christian Watson and Jayden Reed over the past few seasons, may are still expecting Doubs to be heavily featured in this offense which makes this receptions line a bit interesting, especially due to the fact that Jordan Love has some really solid projections for this matchup himself. 

If Love is going to his his marks for this game then Doubs should as well and it wouldn't at all stun me to see him get a few catches on the very first drive as Love looks to convert first downs and move the chains.

 

 

Christian Watson Sleeper Fantasy NFL Pick: More Than 3.5 Receptions

A lot of what was written above for Doubs can be applied here in the sense that Watson is expected to be the teams top wide receiver this year as long as he can stay healthy and right now, he is healthy.

The talented downfield receiver has shown flashes of his upside over the past few seasons but injuries have really derailed him. He then went and spent this offseason learning to understand his body and how he can stay healthy.

While that's great news for those playing season-long fantasy, we only need him healthy for tonight and the Packers secondary has been just OK over the past few seasons.

I'd expect Love to take more than a few shots down field here tonight against the Eagles in a game with a 49.5 total and for Watson to be the target of those throws.
