Austin Reaves NBA Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 7.5 Assists
There is actually quite a good sample for Austin Reaves playing without Luka Doncic, LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and D’Angelo Russell this year. It's a 227-minute sample and Reaves gets an insane 12.3% increase to his assist rate, and it sits at 37.7%. A near 40% assist rate! SHEESH!
He had 13 assists against the Denver Nuggets just last week without Doncic and James and had seven in the only other game Doncic has missed since returning from injury. In the five games since LeBron James went down with injury, Austin Reaves leads Dallas in both passes made and received, even more than Luka Doncic, and is second in potential assists at 11.8 and that’s playing alongside Doncic in four of them.
- Pick: Higher Than 7.5 Assists
Ziaire Williams NBA Underdog Fantasy Pick: Higher Than 11.5 Points
The most consistent Nets player of late, at least in terms of minutes, has been Ziaire Williams, who has topped 28 minutes in six straight games. He’s scored in double-figures in five of six and has topped 11.5 points in four of the six and two straight.
He’s elevated his three-point makes lately, too, shooting nearly 40% from three over his last five contests. This is a great pace up spot for Brooklyn who catches the Pacers on the second leg of a back-to-back. Indiana is not great on the defensive end either as they’ve ranked 19th in March on that end of the floor.
- Pick: Higher Than 11.5 Points
