Welcome back to the Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault for Tuesday’s 7-Game slate on tap in the Association! There is actually quite a bit of value on the slate already, but there are a few spots that have been identified already that present nice value. Let’s take a look!
DRAFTKINGS
Patty Mills PG (SAS) $4,400
With Derrick White looking to take a rest day with the Spurs playing on a back-to-back here against the Warriors in the rubber match, I believe that Mills can look to pick up some extra minutes here on the second unit. Mills has still seen really good run lately as he has played 29, 29, and 27 minutes in the Spur’s last three games, but he had to contend with White grabbing usage on the 2nd unit. Mills has shown flash when given his ample run and usage on the 2nd unit, as we have seen multiple 20+ fantasy point games, and we have to mention this is a GREAT match up here with the Warriors again.
Danuel House SF/PF (HOU) $4,300
House got a spot-start last night with Wall sitting for rest and played 30 big minutes in route to 21 fantasy points with 13 points, three boards, and two assists. With Oladipo and Wood out for tonight, I can easily see House getting extended run here against the Pelicans, and also feel he could get lots of garbage run in the event that the Pelicans get out to an early lead. Not sure how the Rockets go tonight as far as the starting five, they may elect to start Gordon, or keep him off the bench, but either way House should get some really good run once again at a manageable price.
Sterling Brown SF (HOU) $3,200
Have to look at Brown here again tonight with Victor Oladipo sitting. Brown saw 26 minutes off the bench last night and put up eight points, seven rebounds, five assists, and a steal in route to 26 fantasy points. His price is still near minimum, and if he gets 22-25 minutes again tonight on the 2nd unit, he could easily crush his value here once again.
FANDUEL
Josh Jackson SG (DET) $5,500
Jackson has been playing great for the Pistons lately and really has shown his upside lately with a 47 and 35 FanDuel fantasy point efforts in two of his last three. He has seen 29 and 37 minutes also in those two games, and now he doesn’t have to deal with the usage hog of Derrick Rose on the 2nd unit either. We have seen how poorly the Nets have been on defense all season long, and this is a great spot here for Jackson against this defense. Love Jackson on both sites.
Jordan Clarkson SG (UTA) $5,000
With Conley sitting once again, we saw Clarkson play 30 minutes last time out in this same situation with Conley sitting. Clarkson missed over half his shots in that game and still managed to put up 17 points, five boards, and one assist, which was good for 22.5 FanDuel fantasy points. The Celtics may, or may not have Jaylen Brown back tonight, so this could be another really nice spot for Clarkson as the main scoring and usage leader for the second unit of the Jazz here.
Joe Ingles SF (UTA) $4,500
Hate to use two Jazz here for FanDuel, but the prices are just too good to pass up. Ingles started and played 31 minutes last time out and had quite a poor shooting night and still recorded seven points, nine rebounds, with three assists for 20.3 FanDuel fantasy points against the Pacers. He likely sees another start here tonight with Conley still on the shelf and likely another 30+ minutes.
