Welcome back and Happy Monday! This is another edition of the Fantasy Alarm NBA DFS Value Vault! Nice ten game slate on tap for today, so the value should be a plenty!
DRAFTKINGS
1. Brad Wanamaker ($3,600)- There is no doubt about this one, Wanamaker will likely end up being a bit chalky at his small price tag with Kemba Walker slated to be out for a few games. It is also noted that Marcus Smart is also questionable to play tonight as well, and could potentially sit, meaning Wanamaker’s role will be even more solidified. Brad made the most of his last outing, parlaying 26 mins on the floor into 25.8 DK points. Tonight, he gets one of the better match ups on the board against a Hawks team that is allowing the 6th most DK FPs to opposing PGs over their last 10 contests.
2.) Bruce Brown ($3,800)- With Derrick Rose already listed as OUT, and now Reggie Jackson questionable with some back issues, Brown could absolutely be a steal tonight. Brown had arguably the best game of his NBA career last game, going for a season high in rebounds at 10, second highest assist total of the season at eight, and scored 19 actual points to boot. Brown should continue to see heavy minutes with all the injuries to the Piston’s guards now, especially if Reggie sits as well.
3.) Taurean Prince ($5,100)- Prince has put up over 30 FPs in his last four home tilts. He has played at least 28 or more minutes in those four as well, while scoring 12, 18, 22, and 16 real points in those also. Tonight, they Nets welcome in the fast-paced Suns, who will likely be starting Kelly Oubre at the PF spot once again, and I really like this match up for Prince, who has been good on his home floor as of late.
FANDUEL
1. Cody Zeller ($5,000)- With everyone looking to play the cheaper Willy Hernangomez , I think everyone will pass up Zeller. I think Zeller is a nice, stable, decent floor, Center option today over on FD. With Biyombo basically falling out of the rotation, Zeller has taken full advantage. He has now played 29, 24, and 28 minutes over his last three, while notching out 45.4, 29.9, and 26.0 FD points as well. He has pulled down 7, 10, and 12 boards over those three, with three blocks, and three steals as well, not to mention the seven and eight assists in his last two.
2. Dorian Finney-Smith ($5,300)- DFS has really stepped up with all the injuries to the Mavericks lately. With Powell and Luka out, there has been obvious usage to go around in distribution, with Kristaps getting the majority, but nonetheless, DFS has been major consistent as well. He is fresh off a 45.4 FD point game, need I point out that KP did sit in this one as well, but he also amassed 28.1 in the game prior with KP in. He has played 28 and 34 minutes over his last two, has grabbed 7+ rebounds, 3+ assists, swiped up two steals, along with two blocks. Not to mention, scored double-figures in both as well with 12 and 22 actual points. He is a lock for heavy mins, and could see double-double potential with all the injuries.
3. Nemanja Bjelica ($5,600)- It is just about the time for a slump-buster for Bjelica, and it couldn’t come at any better time, as it is a revenge spot against his former team. The same former Minnesota team that he dropped 55.4 FD points on just a few games ago. Nemamja is still seeing heavy minutes for the Kings, as he has played 28 or more mins in 11 of his last 12 games. Although he has been in quite the slump over his last few games, the meeting vs the T-Wolves could be exactly what he needs to get back on track, and at this price for the mins he has been/should see, I really like the play in a pace-up spot here at home.
