Point Guard
John Wall is already hyping up the matchup against the Cavs by saying it’s the biggest regular season game of his life. Aside from the hype, it should be a high-scoring, close game and Wall will have the ball in his hands a ton. Wall is an excellent cash option.
Tyler Johnson continues to be one of the more consistent bench players in the league. He sees 30-plus minutes per game and he still costs less than $5,300. TJ plays nearly the entire fourth quarter, so even if he starts off weak, he typically catches up in the fourth.
Jrue Holiday squares off against the Suns and Eric Bledsoe. This should be a very high scoring affair as it currently has a 221 O/U. The Suns have been miserable against opposing PGs this season and Holiday is a great tournament option in this up-tempo game.
On the other side of the ball, we have Eric Bledsoe at a very cheap price. This is the cheapest he’s been in 10-plus games and he’s in a prime bounce-back spot. Bledsoe has slowed down over his last three games, but he could explode tonight.

Shooting Guard
Devin Booker is on another level right now and if you haven’t seen the clip of him dropping 27 points in a single quarter, go check it out. Booker has scored below 30 fantasy points just once over his last 15 games and he’s still under $7,000. We typically shoot for 5x value in cash, but Booker seems to be a lock for 4x value even at his worst.
C.J. Miles is a low-end fantasy asset and he can really burn you, but he should get heavy run with Thaddeus Young and Myles Turner both missing this game. To be clear, Turner hasn’t been ruled out yet, but it’s not looking good.
Jamal Murray has hit 5x value in four straight games and he’ll look to make it five tonight. The Mavs are one of the stingiest teams against opposing PGs, but Murray also plays the two a bit. Emmanuel Mudiay is out for tonight, and Murray is still just $3,700.
Both Wesley Matthews and Seth Curry are in play tonight. Priced at $5,800 and $5,900 respectively, so deciding between the two may be difficult. We’ll give the slight edge to Wes, here.

Small Forward
Andrew Wiggins sees a 5.7 percent increase in his usage rate with Zach Lavine off the floor. He has a tougher matchup against the Heat, but he should have the ball in his hands enough to cover his price.
If you’re not feeling John Wall in cash, feel free to pivot over to LeBron James. He’s $10,400 and is almost a lock to hit 5x value. James loses some appeal with both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love healthy, but he is still a triple-double threat every time he hits the floor.
Markieff Morris has been lighting it up over the past few weeks and he’s yet to show signs of slowing down. He’ll likely be matched up against Kevin Love all game and that’s nothing to be too afraid of.

Power Forward
DeMarcus Cousins annihilated the Chicago Bulls in their last meeting for 71 fantasy points. Aside from a few blowout situations, Cousins has essentially annihilated every team he’s played over the past few weeks. It’s going to be tough to pay up for Cousins with so many cheaper studs available, but he should be lower owned than usual, which make him an excellent GPP option.
Karl-Anthony Towns is $10,100 and similar to Cousins, he should be low owned. He’s scored over 50 fantasy points in four of his last five games and has a favorable matchup against the Heat. While he doesn’t see a boost sans Zach Lavine, nearly all of his stats improve except for his usage rate.
Patrick Patterson will likely be on the shelf for a few more games and that means Lucas Nogueira should get some extended run. Pascal Siakam earned the start against the Nets, but Nogueira could easily start against the Clippers tonight. He’s cheap and he’s well worth a look.
James Johnson is always a tournament option each and every time he hits the floor. His minutes are inconsistent but he’s a fantasy monster when he sees minutes. Don’t go overboard on Johnson, but he’s cheap and is a solid contrarian play.

Center
The center position is by far the most difficult to sift through. Anthony Davis arguably has the most upside on the slate aside from Russell Westbrook and he’s only $10,300. The immobile Tyson Chandler will struggle to stop Anthony Davis.
Kenneth Faried is questionable to suit up today and Nikola Jokic should see a healthy dose of minutes against the Mavs. The Mavs have actually defended the center position quite well this season, but they have yet to stop Nikola Jokic. He’s averaging 27 PPG, 14 RPG, and 6.5 APG in the two games against Dallas.
Willy Hernangomez will certainly be the chalk play of the day regardless if he ends up starting or not. Kyle O’Quinn is an interesting tournament play, but Hernandez is the better play in both formats despite the price difference. The Lakers have been terrible against big men and everyone is expecting a big game from Willy H.
Lavoy Allen surprised nearly every fantasy expert after he exploded for 42 fantasy points in his first start. That’s not going to happen again, but considering Turner and Young could both sit this one out, Allen would likely see some heavy minutes yet again.
