MLB Picks At Sleeper Fantasy Today, 6/14: Baseball Projections + More

Happy Saturday as today’s MLB action brings us a full 15-game slate and another strong opportunity to win some money on Sleeper Fantasy with our MLB DFS pick ’em picks!
Today’s slate is filled with a bevy of fantastic options. If you want to go with pitching stats, then you have some great opportunities with players like Carlos Rodon facing a lefty-heavy Red Sox lineup or Jacob deGrom tangling with a struggling White Sox team. If you want to go for some offensive prowess, we’ll definitely start with the Phillies taking on Bowden Francis or the Cubs taking on Mike Burrows of the Pirates. Plenty of different directions to go, so let’s get to it!

Jacob deGrom Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 6.5 Strikeouts (1.53x)
Some of the other pick’em sites actually pulled this one from the slate, so when I saw it here on Sleeper, I had to jump on it. If you are making picks, do not wait or they may pull it or lift it to 7.5. We are extremely happy to see it here at 6.5 and if you check the Vegas books, you’ll see the over at -150. That’s pretty darn tasty, especially when it’s the White Sox who are striking out 22.8-percent of the time against righthanded pitching. DeGrom has tossed more than 6.5 strikeouts in four of his last six starts and none of those teams were as bad as the White Sox.
Bowden Francis Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 2.5 Earned Runs Allowed (1.62x)
He’s one of my favorite pitchers to pick on, especially with lefthanded hitters like Kyle Schwarber, Bryson Stott and even Max Kepler and Brandon Marsh. We’re talking about a .425 wOBA that lefties are posting on Francis and the righties are looking just as strong with a .354 wOBA against him. He’s allowed 10 earned runs over his last two starts and has given up three or more earned runs in a start in eight of his last 11 outings. Feel free to load up on Phillies today as I expect plenty of damage to come.
Total Multiplier: 2.47x
