Bailey Ober Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 6.5 Strikeouts (1.9x)

This is an interesting spot that people may avoid or take less, but looking at this spot is perfect for strikeouts. Ober has a career-high 26.3% K rate this season and has cleared this number in six of his last 11 games which is why he stands out as one of the best DFS plays of the day.

The Braves, although they’re potent, strike out a lot against righties. They have the fifth-highest K-rate in baseball against right-handed pitching posting a 24.5% K-rate.

 

 

 

Brenton Doyle Sleeper Fantasy MLB Pick: More Than 1.5 Hits+Runs+RBI (1.5x)

This comes down to what Brenton Doyle has done at home against what he hasn’t done on the road. In Coors Field, Doyle has hit .330 with a .956 OPS, .239 ISO and a .403 wOBA and he’s been better against right-handed pitching overall this season.

He has an .819 OPS and .215 ISO against righties overall, but a .967 OPS and .258 wOBA against them at home this year. Edward Cabrera has been better against righties, but righties have still posted a .327 wOBA on the year and now have to navigate Coors Field, which makes Doyle one of our favorite DFS plays.
