Doug Baldwin scored again running his five week total to 11 touchdowns. On the year he’s scored 14 times breaking the team record of 13 touchdown receptions held by Daryl Turner in 1985.

Sam Bradford’s receivers dropped eight passes in Week 16. Bradford completed 37-of-56 passes for 380 yards. He didn’t toss a score.

Antonio Brown (2014-15) and Cris Carter (1994-95) are the only players in league annals with back-to-back seasons with 120 receptions.

Teddy Bridgewater was on fire on SNF in the first half. In the end he threw for 168 yards and one score as the Vikings surged to a 49-17 win over the Giants and basically ran all over the Giants late (218 rushing yards). Over his last nine games, Bridgewater has thrown nine passing scores. Four came in Week 15.

The Chiefs have won each of their last four games and not once did they have a 100-yard runner, a 100-yard receiver or a 200-yard passer. No team has done that since 2000 (Dolphins). The club has actually won nine in a row after a 1-5 start.

Remember when you were convinced Brandin Cooks would be a failure this season after a really slow start? Through 15 games he’s caught 79 passes for 1,116 yards and nine scores. Not a bad second season wouldn’t you say?

Kirk Cousins threw for 319 yards and four scores in Week 15. In Week 16 he tossed the pigskin for 365 yards and four scores. Over his last nine games he’s performed like an elite fantasy option throwing just three picks against 20 scores. Oh yeah, he also has four rushing scores in that time as well. Still, he’s not exactly been consistent. In four games this season he’s thrown at least three scores. In 11 games he’s thrown exactly one.

Zach Ertz caught 13 balls for 122 yards in Week 16. Bet you didn’t know that he really wasn’t as impressive as it looked though. Only 44 yards were after the catch and he only forced one missed tackle on 13 receptions. He also dropped two passes. #WhenRealityMeetsFantasy

Mike Evans is a disaster. Through two seasons he’s shown ZERO consistency from week-to-week. How that man has only three scores on the season is a mystery to even me, his most ardent critic this offseason. Over his last five games he’s failed to record 65 yards four times. At the same time he’s been over 125 yards four times in 10 games. Such a roller coaster.

Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Jets were 5-5 and he had thrown 16 scores while being picked 11 times. He looked like a homeless man who hadn’t shaved in a year. He trimmed his beard down to a sexy level. Guess what has happened? The Jets have gone 5-0 and he has 13 touchdown passes to one pick. Coincidence? I think not.

Ted Ginn entered Week 16 having scored twice in three straight games. He caught one of three targets for nine yards in Week 16. I can only hope that you weren’t seduced by the power of the dark side and weren’t counting on him before he reverted to being Ted Ginn in Championship Week.

Frank Gore carried the ball 15 times for 85 yards and two scores in Week 16. Sixty-five of his 85 yards were after contact. He needs 109 rushing yards in the finale for a ninth 1,000 rushing yard season.

Todd Gurley ran for 85 yards and a touchdown against the Seahawks in Week 16. He is now the second Rams rookie to have a season of 1,000 yards and 10 rushing scores. The other was all-time great Eric Dickerson.

David Johnson carried the ball only nine time for 39 yards in Week 16. He did score on the ground and turned three grabs into 88 receiving yards. He broke six tackles in the game and 81 of his receiving yards were after the catch.

Julio Jones caught nine balls for 178 yards and a score against the Panthers. Eighty of those yards came against Josh Norman on seven grabs.

Brandon LaFell was awful in Week 16 with one catch but Martavis Bryant was the worst offender because folks were actually counting on him. He caught one pass. That was one more catch than Dorial Green-Beckham.

Jarvis Landry has gone over 100 receptions, the first player to do so for the Dolphins. He’s caught at least seven passes each of the last three games (he’s been targeted at least 10 times each outing).

Johnny Manziel has thrown for four scores his last five games. He’s tossed four picks his last four games. The last two games he’s failed to reach 165 passing yards. Only once this season has he run for more than 35 yards, the 108 he scampered for in Week 16.

Brandon Marshall scored his career best 13th time in Week 16 for the Jets. He also became the first receiver in league history to catch at least 100 passes in six separate seasons. Eric Decker scored in Week 16 as well. Through 15 games the duo has scored in the same game eight times.

Darren McFadden needs three yards to reach 1,000 on the year on the ground and he’s just days away from completing a 16-game season. He’s also caught 34 passes. He only has three scores but he’s produced pretty effectively for the ‘Boys after we at FantasyAlarm were blasted for suggesting folks draft him.

The Panthers have run for at least 100 yards in 28 straight games.

Adrian Peterson has eight seasons with 10 rushing scores, tied with Emmitt Smith and one behind LaDainian Tomlinson for the NFL record. He’s also nine yards ahead of Doug Martin for the NFL rushing title (1,314 to 1,305).

Theo Riddick now leads Lions running backs, forever, with most receiving yards in a season after catching seven passes for 63 yards in Week 16 (668 yards). He’s also caught 76 passes in a strong PPR season.

Philip Rivers’ receivers dropped six passes in Week 16. He still completed 31-of-49 passes for 277 yards.

Aaron Rodgers was pressured on 18-of-38 drop backs against the feasting Cardinals defense. He only completed 3-of-8 passes in the mess. He’s thrown four picks in five games. Last season he tossed five picks in 16 games.

Ben Roethlisberger should have lit up the Ravens. He didn’t. He only completed 3-of-11 targets that were in the air for at least 10 yards. He was shown up by Ryan Mallett, of all people, who completed 8-of-10 passes for 150 yards and a score on passes of at least 10 yards downfield. Big Ben came into action averaging 337 passing yards a contest. He threw for 227 yards in Week 16.

Alex Smith has thrown for 3,330 yards, a career best. Drew Brees has thrown for 4,547 yards… and he missed a game. Smith has run for 274 yards since Week 7, the most in football for a signal caller.

Squatty Potty. #Epic

Ryan Tannehill has thrown one pick in four games. He’s also tossed just two scores in those four games. Neither of those scores has been in his last two outings. That’s four straight games without either a score or 240 passing yards.

Brandon Weeden ran for a score and threw for two others in Week 16. The Texans' fourth QB this season scored more fantasy points in Week 16 than the following list of stars: Matthew Stafford, Derek Carr, Matt Ryan, Cam Newton, Philip Rivers, Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Eli Manning and Big Ben. #ThatsWhyTheyPlayTheGame

DeAngelo Williams scored for the 11th time this season on the ground in Week 16. He scored eight times on the ground his previous three seasons. He’s been every bit Le’Veon Bell this season for the Steelers. Shocking.

Speaking of quarterbacks check out these two amazing lists.

Here is the list of quarterbacks who started in Week 16 that weren’t the starter in Week 1: Johnny Manziel, Matt Hasselbeck, Blaine Gabbert, Kellen Moore, Ryan Mallett, Case Keenum, Brandon Weeden, AJ McCarron, Brock Osweiler.

Of those quarterbacks, three were released at some point in 2015: Mallet, Moore and Weeden.

Oh yeah, Hasselbeck was hurt in Week 16 and replaced by… Charlie Whitehurst.

It’s not just running backs that go down with injury.
