Value Play: Mike Napoli -- Napoli may be moved up in the order, as the slumping Rangers face Miley tonight. Miley has a 10.19 ERA over his last eight starts. Napoli has hit safely in 11 of his last 12 starts.
Value Play: Mikie Mahtook--Mahtook was in this spot yesterday, didn’t receive the start, then came off the bench to homer. Mahtook provides salary relief in the OF tonight. He’s 5-12 with two HR’s and 2B in the series, recording his first three XBH’s since July 1.

Play of the Day: Madison Bumgarner- Bumgarner is winless through five starts this year, but is a large favorite to win tonight, while the Padres have the lowest projected run total of the slate. He’s facing the Padres for the third time this season, striking out five in both of the earlier season starts.
GPP Play: Cole Hamels- Hamels is currently on a 21 inning scoreless streak, and has a 17:2 K:BB ratio over his three starts this month. GPP play due to Hamels being 0-2 with a 7.50 ERA at Camden.
Pivot Play: Michael Fulmer-- Fulmer has won his last four starts, which includes going 8 ? innings with seven K’s vs the Royals. Fulmer only has nine K’s though over his last 21 innings, and has yet to win at Kauffman.
GPP Play: Brandon McCarthy- Largest favorite of the slate tonight comes at a discounted price. The Dodgers have won McCarthy’s last five starts, but he has only produced over 20 Y! points in four of his last ten starts. Chacin also in play at same price.
