Ronnie Hillman, RB (DEN)--With Willis McGahee expected to miss the remainder of the regular season with a torn MCL, the dpoor opens for Ronnie Hillman to take over the No. 1 running back duties for the Broncos. While his size will limit him on short-yardage plays and third-downs (190 pounds), he has the speed break big plays, which will balance out the Broncos passing game. Lance Ball and Knowshon Moreno figure to factor into the Broncos running game as well, but neither have the skill set of Hillman, so he should be the main ball carrier until further notice. He is a must-add this week, especially considering him remaining schedule, which features the Chiefs twice, the Raiders and the Ravens who are all below average against the run.Jalen Parmele, RB (JAC)--After a sold performance in Sunday's loss to the Texans, Jalen Parmele has now been moved ahead of Rashad Jennings on the Jaguars depth chat for this week's game against the Titans. Parmele finished Week 11 with 80 yards on 24 carries to go along with three receptions out of the backfield, while Jennings was given just three carries finishing with negative one yards rushing. Although the Jaguars have yet to rule out Maurice Jones-Drew for Week 12, it is likely he will be out, but his return is near, so any value Parmele has will only be for the short term. With that said, Parmele is still a solid add for this week considering the cupcake matchup that awaits when they take of the Titans come Sunday.Bryce Brown, RB (PHI)--There is a good chance that LeSean McCoy will be out for Week 12 after suffering a concussion in last week's loss to the Redskins, leaving Bryce Brown as the clear-cut fill-in if he is out. In limited duties this season Brown has shown the ability top get the job done, even in the pass-heavy Eagles offensive attack. Over his last 13 carries, Brown is averaging just under seven yards-per-carry, which will definitely go down if given more carries, but it still proves he may find success with a heavier workload. The Panthers aren't great against the run, giving up three rushing touchdowns over their last four weeks, so if you are in need of running back depth Brown may be a good option, but remember he will only have value until McCoy returns.
Juliam Edelman, WR (NE)--After playing in 52-of-61 snaps for the Patriots in Week 11, it is clear that Julian Edelman is now a staple in the Josh McDaniel offensive scheme. Last week the Patriots released veteran Deion Branch, which opened the door for Edelman to receive more playing time, but now he is starting to cut into both Wes Welker's and Brandon Lloyd's playing time as well. Edelman finished the Patriots Week 11 blowout win over the Colts with five receptions for 58 yards and one touchdown to go along with a punt return for a touchdown making him the most productive player in the offense outside of Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski. Moving forward, Edelman is only going to get more involved in the offense, which makes him a must-add considering the amount of passing that is involved in the Patriots repertoire.Ryan Broyles, WR (DET)--The Lions have made Titus Young inactive for Thursday's game against the Texans as a form of punishment for on-field issues in last week's loss to the Packers. This will move Ryan Broyles into the team's No. 2 wide receiver position, which is worth noting considering the production the Texans gave up to the Jaguars last week. Broyles was a hot waiver-wire add back in Week 8 after two straight weeks with a touchdown, but has been almost non-existent since which should change with this latest news. The Lions will have to pass the ball a lot come Thursday if they want to escape with a win, so Broyles should get targeted enough to make him worth an add, even if only for this week.Justin Blackmon, WR (JAC)--It took more than half of the season for Justin Blackmon to make his mark in the NFL, but he did it in a big way in Week 11's overtime loss to the Texans. Blackmon finished with seven receptions for 236 yards and scored a touchdown and is now a must-add in all fantasy formats. It looks like Blaine Gabbert will be out for Sunday's game against the Titans and that may actually benefit Blackmon and the rest of the Jaguars receiving core as Chad Henne loves to pass the ball and can be very reckless at times. The Jaguars have very favorable matchups in the upcoming weeks, including two games against the Titans and games against the Bills, Jets and Patriots, so big games could be come the norm from Blackmon and the Jaguars passing game for the rest of the season.
Visanthe Shiancoe, TE (NE)--The Patriots will be without Rob Gronkowski for the nest four-to-six weeks after undergoing surgery on his broken forearm, which means Visanthe Shiancoe could find himself in a good situation considering the way the Patriots utilize their tight ends. Fellow tight end Aaron Hernandez has been dealing with an ankle injury for most of the season, but is expected to play on Thursday, but he will be limited at best leaving plenty of snaps for Shiancoe to get involved in the offense. Once in the red zone, Tom Brady is always looking for his tight ends, so even if he doesn't finish with a lot of targets, he could find himself in the end zone considering the Jets gave up two touchdowns to the Patriots tight ends back in Week 7.Chad Henne, QB (JAC)--One of the biggest surprises from Week 11 was the passing attack from the Jaguars, which forced overtime against arguably the best team in the NFL and they were led by Chad Henne, not Blaine Gabbert, after Gabbert exited early with an elbow injury. To say Henne was remarkable would be an understatement, finishing the game 16-for-33 for 354 yards and four touchdowns without turning the ball over. He will likely start for the Jaguars in Week 12 after reports that Gabbert's elbow will not be ready for game action. Although he fantasy value will be limited based on playing time, Henne is a good add for this week as the Jaguars are going up against one of the worst pass defenses in the league in the Titans.
Arizona Cardinals Defense/Special Teams--No one expected the Cardinals to give the Falcons a close game last Sunday, but it was their defense that let them stay in that game forcing Matt Ryan to throw five interceptions. This week the Cardinals match up against the Rams, who are having trouble scoring, which should pay dividends to those who decide to pick them up this week. The Cardinals, as a hole, have been under-performing, but their is a lot of promise on the defensive side of the ball that can lead to fantasy success if needed for this week and beyond.
