I hate to start out the article like this but the Fantasy Alarm crew has been absolutely shredding it over on Fantasy Aces the past two weeks. It seems like everyday one of us is cashing one of the top prizes in the Line Drive contest, their big $27.50 tournament. As much as I like the cash I do want to see if any of you can beat me with my own Playbook. If you enter the tournament and beat me and the rest of the crew (or just me!) drop me a note on the Playbook that night and I will send you some swag. Anyways, do you want to learn how to swim away from the sharks? Play daily fantasy baseball over on Fantasy Aces and you’ll be able to start out, learn and win big money in a much more laid back atmosphere where each contest isn’t full of people who play DFS for a living.
The slate today kind of sucks to be honest with you and thus we are running the Playbook but no daily fantasy baseball rankings. With just two early games we are going to go ahead and avoid those and focus on the evening slate in MLB tonight. This is not a cash game night for me at all to be quite honest with you. In these smaller slates I like to just play for the big prize tournaments or qualifiers. There are so few choices that all lineups should be pretty darn close to each other and thus I am taking some shots on upside players who statistically may not be the best choices today.
Remember, it is highly recommended that you not play above 10% of your overall bankroll in any one night (especially this one) and definitely no more than that in tournament play. Unless of course you either have unlimited funds, don't believe any currency has meaning or are married to a sugar Momma (or Daddy if that is your thing). Hey it is a judge free zone here people!!
