Marlon Mack, IND- There was a lot of preseason hype surround Mack heading into the season but Frank Gore has been able to hold onto the starting job through six weeks but in Week 5 Mack rushed for 91 yards and a touchdown which has prompted the coaching staff to indicate that he will be more involved in the offense moving forward. While it will likely take an injury to completely leap Gore on the depth chart there is definite fantasy value here should he ulimtately split carries with Gore going forwad.
Matt Breida, SF- Carlos Hyde foudn himself benched for the majority of the 49ers Week 5 loss to the Colts which lead the way for rookie Matt Breida to take over as the team's lead back. Breida carried the ball 10 times for 49 yards and added three catches for 22 yards with the increased role in the offense. After the game head coach Kyle Shanahan stated that Hyde is still the team's starting running back but it appears he may be falling out of favor making Breida a must own handcuff.
Samaje Perine, WAS- News out of Washington is that Robert Kelley is unlikely to play in Week 6 against the 49ers which means rookie Samaje Perine will be the lead back for the Redskins coming out of the bye week. Perine should handle all the early down work with Chris Thompson continuing to see the field on third and passing downs. On the season Perine has totaled 43 carries for 143 yards for an unimpressive 3.1 yards per carry however the 49ers are allowing the second most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season so this is a prime matchup for Perine to breakout.

Adam Humphries, TB- The Tampa Bay slot receiver is averaging five catches on seven targets for 63 yards over the last three weeks. In PPR formats that is just over 11 fantasy points a game during that stretch. With defenses worrying so much about the vertical passing game with Mike Evans and Desean Jackson fanasy owners should take notice of Humphries who is catching all of Jameis Winston's underneath throws and going relatively unnoticed as he sits under five percent owned in standard leagues.
Michael Floyd, MIN- Flyod made his return to the football field in Week 5 and caught his only pass for 19 yards. He is an interesting case heading into Week 6 with word that Stefon Diggs is questionable to suit up. If Diggs ends up sitting out against the Packers then Floyd should see an increased snap count and could find himself involved in the team's passing attack as he takes over for Diggs as the team's outside receiver.
Sterling Shepard, NYG- Week 5 was a nightmare for the Giants as they lost all three starting receivers to injuries but only Sheppard managed to escape with a minor injury while Odell Beckham and Brandon Marshall both suffered season ending injuries. Shepard is now the No.1 receiver for the Giants which skyrockets his fantasy value although his matchup against the Broncos in Week 6 is likely one you should avoid.
David Njoku, CLE- I have written about Njoku on more than one occasion this season and I will continue to do so until the Browns realize he is their best receiving option. In Week 5 Njoku caught three passes for 48 yards and a touchdown. The touchdown was his third over the last four weeks in a passing offense that has been absolutely dreadful this season. There is hope however as the Browns are making yet another change at QB and will be starting Kevin Hogan in Week 6 who wasn't half bad in Week 5, throwing for 194 yards and two touchdowns against the Jets.
