CFB DFS Playbook Week 11 Saturday Night

CFB DFS Quarterbacks

Drake Maye (North Carolina) @ Wake Forest ($8.7K DK/$11.8K FD)

Maye is starting to become a legitimate threat to become UNC’s first Heisman Trophy winner. He leads the country in touchdown passes (31), completes 71.2 percent of his attempts for 329.3 yards per game and has thrown only three interceptions. Maye is also the eighth-leading rusher in the ACC with 513 yards and has run for four touchdowns. Tonight, he faces Wake Forest in the highest scoring game on the slate (77 points) and if they win, the Tar Heels clinch a spot in the ACC title game. Maye is the top play of the night.

Bo Nix (Oregon) vs. Washington ($9.7K DK/$12.0K FD)

After getting pounded by Georgia in Week 1, Nix has since accounted for 35 touchdowns and now leads the nation in completing 73.3 percent of his passes, sixth in pass efficiency and ninth in yards per attempt. The kid that was once seen as a prodigy and the savior to Auburn football has made a comeback and like Drake Maye has forced himself into the Heisman conversation. He has thrown for 2,495 yards and 22 touchdowns against five interceptions, while adding 457 rushing yards and a lofty 13 touchdowns on the ground. He is the reason that the Ducks have the third-highest scoring offense in the country with a shot at the College Football Playoffs. Tonight, is a huge primetime game against #25 Washington and Nix becomes the top GPP signal-caller on the slate.

Connor Weigman (Texas A&M) @ Auburn ($4.9K DK/$8.3K FD)

In Week 9, Weigman made his starting debut against Ole Miss and delivered a 338-yard, four touchdown (33 DK fantasy points) performance throwing the ball. He was sidelined against Florida due to a virus, but Jimbo Fisher has stated that he’s good to go this weekend and will start over Haynes King. Weigman is far too cheap at $4.9K DK for the ceiling that he has and do not be surprised if he hits at least 4X value against Auburn tonight. He's a solid GPP play and possible cash value if you want to take a little risk.

Other Top Quarterbacks:

  • Sam Hartman, Wake Forest ($8.5K DK/$10.6K FD) Third-most popular QB on slate for both sites.
  • Tyler Shough, Texas Tech ($6.4K DK) Popular value QB and he should be starting.
  • Garrett Shrader, Syracuse ($5.2K DK) He's a GPP value if he plays.
  • Quinn Ewers, Texas ($6.7K DK/$9.0K FD)
  • Michael Penix, Washington ($8.2K DK/$10.8K FD)
  • Stetson Bennett, Georgia ($8.7K DK/$8.4K FD) An interesting FanDuel price.

CFB DFS Running Backs

Bijan Robinson (Texas) vs. TCU ($8.9K DK/$10.5K FD)

Bijan Robinson is arguably the best running back in college football and now he gets a primetime date at home against #4 ranked TCU to prove it to the entire the country.

Robinson has been a consistent performer this season and is currently eighth in the country in rushing attempts (192), sixth in rushing yards (1,129), and tied for fifth in rushing touchdowns (12). He is a core play tonight and viable in all formats.

Devin Neal (Kansas) @ Texas Tech ($6.0K DK/$8.1K FD)

Neal is the reigning Big 12 Conference Player of the Week after combining for 334 yards of offense last weekend against Oklahoma State. Neal rushed for 224 yards and had 110 yards through the air as he became the first Jayhawk in school history with 200+ rushing yards and 100+ receiving yards in a game. Over his last 4 games, he is averaging 17 rushes for a 107 yard total and three scores per game for a 21.8 DK fantasy point average. With reports that Devon Achane is OUT tonight, Neal slides in as one of the top RBs of the slate. On FD, Deuce Vaughn becomes the RB2 after Bijan Robinson.

Damien Martinez (Oregon State) vs. California ($5.0K DK)

Martinez has forced his way into the Oregon State starting lineup for Oregon State. It took back-to-back 100-yard games against Washington State and Colorado for him to earn his first career start last Friday against Washington. His production still didn’t change as he hit the 100-yard bonus once again and now has 396 yards and three touchdowns on 6.9 yards per carry the last three weeks. This is a kid that is a hard runner and nearly impossible to tackle as he is averaging four yards after contact which is 11th in the nation among RBs that have carried the ball at least 98 times. Martinez is the top point-per-dollar RB on the slate and is viable in all formats.

Other Top Running Backs:

  • Deuce Vaughn, Kansas State ($9.0K FD) #2 RB on FD due to price.
  • Le’Veon Moss, Kansas ($3.3K/$4.3K FD) With reports that Achane is out, the freshman Moss may see a lot of action.
  • Tank Bigsby, Auburn ($5.4K DK/$7.6K FD)
  • Sean Tucker, Syracuse ($6.5K DK/$8.4K FD) Favorite GPP running back.
  • Kendre Miller, TCU ($6.7K DK/$9.2K FD)
  • Elijah Green, UNC ($5.9K DK/$7.3K FD) Favorite mid-priced GPP play.
  • SaRodorick Thompson, Texas Tech ($4.8K DK/$6.6K FD)

CFB DFS Wide Receivers

Josh Downs (North Carolina) @ Wake Forest ($7.8K DK/$10.0K FD)

Downs is one of the elite receivers in the nation. He is Drake Maye’s primary target and has tallied 63 catches, 693 yards and 8 touchdowns this season. The Tar Heels main red zone threat is tied for the lead in ACC receiving touchdowns (8) with Boston College WR Zay Flowers and Wake Forest WR Jahmal Banks — who he will be playing against tonight. The Maye/Downs stack will be very popular this evening.

Rome Odunze (Washington) @ Oregon ($7.7K DK/$9.2K FD)

Odunze comes into tonight’s big matchup ranked third in the nation in receiving yards per game, with 107.2 — trailing only SMU's Rashee Rice (118.7) and Tennessee's Jalin Hyatt (107.8). He is Michael Penix’s top target with 71 receptions for 858 yards (most in the Pac-12) plus he has six TD receptions. Oregon is coming off a game where they allowed 247 passing yards and they are allowing an average of 276.6 yards per game- worst on the slate besides Kansas and UNC.

Moose Muhammad III (Texas A&M) @ Auburn ($5.4K DK/$7.5K FD)

Moose has had 24 targets and 15 receptions in the last two games alone and that was with Haynes King under center in one of them. Muhammed and star freshman Evan Stewart are both in play tonight, but Muhammad is just too cheap especially with Weigman back at quarterback.

Ja’Tavion Sanders (Texas) vs. TCU ($4.0K DK/$6.0K FD)

DraftKings must have something against Sanders. It seems like we write him up every week and his price still sits at $4K on DK. Sanders did not catch one ball in his freshman season but from his first game with Quin Ewers it was “game on” as he went for 85 yards and a touchdown on six receptions in a 52-10 win over Louisiana Monroe. After nine games Sanders has 450 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 39 receptions- second most on the Longhorns and first among all Big 12 tight ends. Just keep playing Sanders as he is the top value on the slate.

Other Top Wide Receivers:

  • Evan Stewart, Texas A&M ($5.0K DK/$7.8K FD)
  • AT Perry, Wake Forest ($7.3K DK/$8.4K FD)
  • Antoine Green, North Carolina ($6.2K DK/$9.0K FD)
  • Xavier Worthy, Texas ($6.6K DK/$8.3K FD) A top GPP play.
  • Brock Bowers, Georgia ($6.4K DK/$7.4K FD) Top GPP on DK and a cash play on FanDuel.
  • Xavier White, TTU ($4.7K DK/$6.9K FD)
  • Ja’Lynn Polk, Washington ($4.5K DK/$6.8K FD) A top WR value.
  • Devin Culp, Washington ($3.0K DK/$5.0K FD)

DraftKings Core

  • Drake Maye, North Carolina
  • Devin Neal, Kansas
  • Ja’Tavion Sanders, Texas (Value)
  • Bijan Robinson, Texas

FanDuel Core

  • Bo Nix, Oregon
  • Bijan Robinson, Texas
  • Brock Bowers, Georgia
