Brewers manager Pat Murphy told reporters Brandon Woodruff (shoulder) felt really tired after Thursday’s minor league rehab start for Triple-A Nashville.
Murphy elaborated that there were no setbacks from a physical standpoint and added that it’ll be a big test for Woodruff to see how he recovers from the 61-pitch outing where he tossed five scoreless innings. The 32-year-old former fantasy ace figures to be ready to make his season debut at some point in early-to-mid May.
