Zellweger scored 14 goals and 78 points in 55 WHL games with the Everett Silvertips this season. Anaheim took him with the 34th overall pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.
Olen Zellweger has been returned to Everett of the WHL by Anaheim.
The Ducks selected Zellweger in the second round (34th overall) of the 2021 NHL Draft and signed him to an entry-level contract in August. The 18-year-old blueliner had two goals and 13 points in 11 games with the Silvertips last season.

The 17-year-old blueliner also had one goal and seven assists in seven matches with Canada at the 2021 U-18 World Championship en route to a gold medal.
