Bouchard cut Edmonton's deficit to 5-2 at the 7:10 mark of the second period. He didn't have a point in four contests going into Wednesday's match after he started the postseason with five assists during a three-game point streak. 

The two assists give Bouchard five assists in three games against the Kings in the first round of the playoffs. He has finally shown his offensive capabilities after spending a year and a half in the minors as he had 12 goals and 43 points in 81 regular season games.  Look for bigger and better things next season.

Bouchard earned a helper in his Stanley Cup Playoffs debut on Monday. He has two power-play assists along with six shots, four hits and one block in the series so far. 

Bouchard snapped a four-game point drought. He has 10 goals and 40 points in 76 contests this season.
