Zibanejad has four goals and 11 points in five elimination games during the 2022 playoffs. Adam Fox has also been a big contributor for the Rangers in elimination games with two goals and 10 points over those five games. We'll see if those two step up again in Game 6 on Saturday.

The Rangers actually trailed Pittsburgh 3-1 before coming back to win the last three games while they trailed Carolina in the second round 3-2. “We’ve been here before," center Mika Zibanejad said. "We’ve experienced it during these playoffs and regular-season as well. The more you do it the more confidence you get from it. We’ve been responding well and we know what we can do. Zibanejad posted both points on New York power plays during the second period to give his team a 2-0 lead. Unfortunately, the Lightning battled back for the victory to cut the Rangers' lead to 2-1 in the best-of-seven series. Zibanejad has seven goals and six assists during an eight-game point streak. He has accounted for 10 goals and 14 helpers in 17 matches this postseason. 

Zibanejad gave the Rangers a 3-1 lead just 1:21 into the third period. His ninth goal of the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs held up as the game winner when Nick Paul scored late for the Lightning. Zibanejad has six goals and five assists during a seven-game point streak. The Rangers will take a 2-0 series lead into Sunday's afternoon's road contest in Game 3 versus Tampa Bay.
