Saad rounded out the scoring at the 18:10 mark of the third period with an empty-netter. He has posted two goals and one assist in his past four outings. Saad has four points, 16 shots and four blocks in eight contests this postseason. 

Saad's first goal of the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs tied the game at 2-2 late in the second period. The Blues got three straight goals from Vladimir Tarasenko in the third to take a 3-2 series lead. Saad has two points, 10 shots and four blocks in five contests this postseason. 

Saad has only been held off the scoresheet once in his last five games. He's up to 17 goals and 30 points in 49 contests in 2021-22.

Saad was back on the ice Friday for the team's optional morning skate. He is slated to play alongside Ryan O'Reilly and David Perron against Buffalo. Saad has 17 goals, 28 points and 98 shots in 46 games this season.
