Viktor Arvidsson will have surgery on Tuesday, according to Kings GM Rob Blake, for a herniated disc.
Arvidsson is expected to need three-to-five months of recovery time ahead of him. He didn't play in the postseason due to the ailment.

He has not been skating and he hasn't played in the postseason yet, so this news probably shouldn't come as much of a surprise. The 29-year-old forward racked up 20 goals, 49 points and 227 shots in 66 games during the 2021-22 season.
