Hughes found the score-sheet early on with an assist on J.T. Miller's 2-0 goal that came just 3:34 into the first period. The 22-year-old had a couple more points including a goal in the third period as the Canucks easily took care of their opponents. Hughes has eight goals and 66 points through 74 games. 

Hughes has two goals and 10 points in his last six contests, giving him seven goals and 63 points in 73 games this season. He deserves to be a top-seven pick on the blueline in fantasy drafts next season.

Hughes got on the scoresheet with a power-play assist on Vasily Podkolzin's 11th goal of the season in the second period. Elias Pettersson also had a monstrous second period with a goal and two assists in the frame. Hughes put the final stamp on the game by scoring the overtime winning-goal just 51 seconds into the period. Hughes has six goals and 55 points through 68 games this season.

Hughes was on the ice for the morning skate after missing two games due to the disease. He has five goals and 53 points in 66 contests this season.
