Patrick missed the final 15 games of the regular season due to an undisclosed ailment. He was limited to just 25 appearances in 2021-22 because of injuries. It is unclear if Patrick will be available for the start of the 2022-23 campaign. 

The move is presumably retroactive to March 24, which is when Patrick last played. He has two goals and seven points in 25 contests this season.

This will be Patrick's third straight game on the sidelines. He hasn't played since Mar. 23 when he logged just 1:37 of ice time versus Nashville. 

Patrick was removed from injured reserve and will rejoin the active Vegas lineup in this game. He has six points in 18 games played this season. On the other hand, Vegas will continue to miss Max Pacioretty.
