Malcolm Subban is listed as month-to-month with an upper-body injury.
Subban was injured in Tuesday's game against Tampa Bay after he entered the game in relief for Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen, who left due to a lower-body injury. Buffalo netminders Craig Anderson (upper body) and Dustin Tokarski (COVID-19) are also unavailable, so the team signed Michael Houser and called up Aaron Dell.
Malcolm Subban surrendered four goals on 26 shots in Tuesday's 6-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning.
All Lightning on Tuesday night, but Buffalo's main concern in this one comes with Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen, who was forced to leave injured early. Subban would go on to allow the final four goals of the game after entering action. He has now been lit up for at least four goals in three of his four trips to the crease this season. The Sabres will meet up with the Predators on Thursday, when next they take to the ice.
