Palmieri helped set up Jean-Gabriel Pageau for his 15h goal of the season. After Carolina tied it in the final minute of regulation, the 31-year-old got a fortunate bounce onto his stick and ripped a shot past Frederik Andersen for the game-winning goal with just 15 seconds to go. Palmieri has 14 goals and 29 points through 57 games this season.

Palmieri assisted on two of Jean-Gabriel Pageau's three goals in the contest and he posted what held up as the game winner at the 14:53 mark of the third period. He is up to 13 goals and 27 points through 55 games this year. 

Palmieri added the game-winning goal with under three minutes in regulation to secure the win for the Islanders. He finished the night with a plus-1 rating and four shots on goal in 12:52 of ice time. The 31-year-old is red-hot right now, as he's scored four times in his last three outings. Palmieri is up to 11 goals and 21 points in 45 games this season. 

Palmieri scored a goal against John Gibson with under a minute remaining in the first period (so did Anders Lee, for that matter). He kept the good times rolling in the second period, when he turned in his second goal of the contest. Over the course of 43 games played this season, Palmieri has registered nine goals and 19 points. There is not much to love for fantasy purposes, here.
