Donskoi has been a disappointment this season as it was thought he would be a top-six forward for the expansion side. With two goals and 17 points in 57 games this season, he is not a fantasy asset.

Donskoi didn't play on Thursday night versus Ottawa after he logged just 9:59 of ice time on Tuesday against Toronto. He has two goals, 17 points and 67 shots in 57 games this season.  

The Kraken will not dress Donskoi as part of their active lineup in this game. Also not suiting up for this matchup are Will Borgen and Jeremy Lauzon.

Donskoi beat Vitek Vanecek for a goal with under four minutes remaining in the first period, but the Kraken offense just couldn't keep up with the Caps as the game wore on. On the whole this season, Donskoi has scored two goals with 17 total points across 55 games played. He had gone 10 consecutive contests without a goal prior to putting it to the back of the net on Saturday.
