All of Nyquist's damage was done in the third period. He registered the primary assist on Oliver Bjorkstrand's power-play goal and he added one of his own just over five minutes later. The 32-year-old finishes the season with 18 goals and 53 points in 82 games. 

That was Nyquist's second straight multi-point game. He has 17 goals and 46 points in 74 contests in 2021-22.

Nyquist got the Blue Jackets on the board with a goal against Jeremy Swayman just before the end of the first period. While Columbus did manage to take a lead early in the second period, the Bruins largely controlled the pace of the contest. Overall this season, Nyquist has tallied 17 goals and 41 points in 69 games played.

Nyquist gave Columbus a little hope with his first-period goal against Tristan Jarry, but Jarry locked up the crease for the remainder of the contest. Overall this season, Nyquist has now rung up 16 goals and 39 points across 64 games played.
