Perry scored six goals and 11 points while playing in all 23 playoff games. He's reached the Stanley Cup Final in each of the last three years and has logged 190 career postseason contests.

Perry is the first player to ever lose the Stanley Cup Final in three straight years with three different teams. He got to the finals with Dallas, Montreal, and Tampa Bay in 2020, 2021, and 2022 respectively, but his team lost every time. Perry can take solace in the fact that he still has his name on the Cup though. He won it in 2007 with the Anaheim Ducks.

Perry assisted on goals by Jan Rutta and Nikita Kucherov (power play) on the contest. He also had two shots and two hits in 12:16 of ice time. Perry is up to 11 points, including six goals, in 22 games this postseason. 

With Perry's goal in the Lightning's 6-2 win against Colorado, he became the first player to score a goal in the Stanley Cup Final with four different teams. Perry won the Cup with Anaheim back in 2007, but more recently he's made it to the finals in 2020, 2021, and 2022 with Dallas, Montreal, and Tampa Bay respectively. The Stars and Canadiens each lost, but he's hoping third time's the charm in his current set of postseason runs.
