Brandon Carlo (undisclosed) was on the ice for Friday's practice.
Carlo might be available to play on Saturday afternoon against Pittsburgh. "We'll see how he is in the morning," said coach Bruce Cassidy. "But practiced today, so that's a good sign." Carlo didn't play on Thursday because of an undisclosed injury.

"He didn't skate so he's got to get further evaluation before I can tell you he's week-to-week or day-to-day or in or out," said coach Bruce Cassidy. "I don't want to speculate. Let him see his doctor today or the doctors and try to give you something better [on Thursday]." Carlo has 15 points, 116 shots, 93 blocks and 128 hits in 71 games this season.
Brandon Carlo exited Tuesday's game against St. Louis just past the midway mark of the first period due to an undisclosed ailment.
Carlo was not able to return to the contest and he wasn't on the ice for Wednesday's practice either. We will keep you posted when coach Bruce Cassidy provides an update.

Carlo assisted on Nick Foligno's first-period goal and went on to score one of his own against John Gibson in the second period. The Bruins would claw their way back from an early 3-1 deficit in this one, only to lose the game to budding star Trevor Zegras in the closing seconds of regulation. Overall this season, Carlo has now posted five goals and 10 points across 52 games played.
