Anthony Mantha posted four points via two goals and two assists in Saturday's 8-4 win over the Montreal Canadiens.

In the second period, it was be his own scoring on display, with two goals put home on Sam Montembeault before the final intermission. Just to cap things off, Mantha picked up an assist on Dmitri Orlov's third-period goal. A November shoulder surgery has essentially wiped out the whole of the 27-year-old forward's season, but he has played respectable hockey when healthy this season.
Anthony Mantha opened the scoring with his seventh of the season in a 4-3 shootout win over Buffalo.
Mantha returned to action three weeks ago after missing four months with a shoulder injury and subsequent surgery. Mantha has 13 points in 21 games and should be in someone's fantasy lineup at this time in all but the shallowest of leagues.
Anthony Mantha scored a pair of goals in Thursday's 7-2 win over Columbus.
It was the 14th multi-goal game of his career and his first as a member of the Capitals. He has accounted for four goals, one assist, 20 shots and six hits in seven games since returning to the lineup from shoulder surgery.
Washington has officially announce the activation of Anthony Mantha from long-term injured reserve.
Mantha is expected to be good to go for Thursday's match against Carolina. Look for him to play alongside Nicklas Backstrom and T.J. Oshie, which is the combination he practiced with on Wednesday. He hasn't played since Nov. 4 due to a shoulder injury that required surgery to repair. Mantha has two goals and six points in 10 games this season along with 16 shots, six blocks and seven hits. The Capitals moved Carl Hagelin (eye) to LTIR and Joe Snively to injured reserve to make room for Mantha's return.
