Andrew Cogliano has signed a one-year, $1.25 million contract with the Colorado Avalanche.
Cogliano had four goals and 16 points in 74 games with San Jose and Colorado last season. He then added another three goals and six points in 16 contests during the Avalanche's Stanley Cup-winning playoff run.
Andrew Cogliano potted a goal in Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final on Wednesday in a 3-2 overtime win over Tampa Bay.
Cogliano posted the game-tying goal at the 2:53 mark of the third period. He has three goals and six points in 14 games during the 2022 Stanley Cup Playoffs. Colorado needs just one more win to capture the Stanley Cup.
Andrew Cogliano picked up a pair of assists in his return to action Saturday.
Cogliano missed Game 1 recovering from minor finger surgery and got back into the lineup, picking up two assists. Cogliano has two goals and five points in 12 Stanley Cup playoff games this season.

Cogliano was held out of Game 1 as he continued to rehab from minor finger surgery which he underwent following Colorado's clinching win over Edmonton in the Western Conference Final. Barring the unexpected, it looks like the 35-year-old forward will try to give it ago in Game 2. He has tallied a couple of goals and an assist during the Avs' run to the Stanley Cup Final.
