2024 Player Outlook

The Chargers made some big changes this offseason, trading away Keenan Allen and letting Mike Williams walk in free agency. They also turned over their coaching staff, hiring Jim Harbaugh away from Michigan and with him came offensive coordinator Greg Roman who was the OC for Harbaugh's brother in Baltimore. McConkey was then selected in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft and he will be immediately slotted into a spot to be productive in this Chargers offense with only Josh Palmer and Quentin Johnston competing for targets. I'd look for McConkey and Herbert to get an early connection during training camp and he is someone worth taking a flier on in the later rounds of your  draft.
