This is devastating blow for the Brents and the Colts as the young corner was coming along nicely. He nearly changed the Colts fortunes in Week 1 when he came down with a would- be interception that was eventually ruled out of bounds. The team expects him to be fully healthy for the 2025 season.

Brents has been out for nearly two months because of the quad issue but now appears to be good to go for Week 15. He was listed as questionable to play last week but the team ultimately held him out for one more game. Now healthy, Brents should retake a starting spot in the lineup. He has three pass breakups and one interception in five games this year.

Colts CB JuJu Brents (quad) is questionable for Week 14 against the Bengals.
Brents has played since suffering the qua injury in Week 7. The second-round rookie had already worked his way into a starting role for four games. He has three pass breakups and an interception in five games this year. Getting Brents back would be a good sign for both the Colts’ defense and the rookie’s development.
