It's interesting, as this will be McCutcheon's first game-day activation following his huge preseason where he made the 53-man roster as an undrafted rookie. Perhaps he'll push Ben Skowronek for snaps in three-wide sets. Inactive for the Rams are S Jordan Fuller, CB Cobie Durant, QB Bryce Perkins, CB David Long, C Brian Allen, and CB Shaun Jolly.

The 23-year-old rookie out of small-school Montana State caught 15 balls for 259 yards and two scores this summer. "Lance is doing his part to make it easy," Snead said. "(Coach Sean McVay) likes his receivers, so it’s OK to have as many as possible." McCutcheon won't be re-draft relevant but cracking the Rams' roster would make him worth a gander in Dynasty leagues. 

60 of those yards came on a catch-and-run on the deep sideline where he went through a defender to catch the ball, then was able to avoid both the Chargers corner and safety and escape untouched for the score. He caught another touchdown in the fourth on a back shoulder ball where he came back through his corner to get the score. The Rams don't typically play guys they consider starters in the preseason, so take that for what it's worth, but McCutcheon should be on the fantasy radar if injuries pop up in Los Angeles.
