Hawkins (6’1/203) spent time at safety but moved to corner in 2020, where he started to blossom. His first year was a little rocky, allowing 31 catches for 275 yards and four touchdowns on just 465 snaps, 2021 showed a lot of growth. His PFF coverage grade was a staggering 89.4 on 530 snaps. His on-ball production was stellar with two interceptions and 10 pass breakups. Hawkins isn’t a super high-upside selection at the age of 24, but he can come in and contribute early. He has good ball skills and can keep up with receivers down the field but he needs to be more physical in coverage and was susceptible to allowing the deep ball.
