2024 Player Outlook
Isiah Pacheco was the R14 in points per game in 2023 with 15.3. He led the backfield in both carries and receptions though Jerrick McKinnon did manage four receiving touchdowns in just 12 games. We were concerned that the Chiefs might go for a pass-catching back in either free agency or the draft to replace McKinnon but they opted not to. That leaves a pretty tantalizing workload for Pacheco for 2024 if he can capture it all of it. He should get the early down and short yardage run work regardless.
