Colts sixth-round TE Andrew Ogletree suffered a torn ACL in Wednesday's practice and will miss the season.
Just an awful break for the product of Youngstown State. Ogletree was making noise pretty much every other day at Colts camp but will now spend his rookie season on I.R. The Colts will head into the season with Mo Alie-Cox and Kylen Granson atop the tight end depth chart. Ogletree should be ready for a normal offseason in 2023.
Colts sixth-round TE Andrew Ogletree exited Wednesday's practice with what the team believes is a serious knee injury.
Ogletree is a mammoth human at 6'7/250 and has been one of the starts of Colts camp. “We’ll wait and see what the doc says, but it didn’t look good," coach Frank Reich said of Ogletree's injury. "We’re hoping for the best, but it looked like a pretty significant injury." We'll update when we get further information.
