Conner cleared waivers which allowed the team to add him to their practice squad. There is a chance Conner could be back up with the big club at some point this season but it would likely take an injury to Travis Etienne, Tank Bigsby, JaMycal Hasty, or D’Ernest Johnson - all of whom were kept on the active roster over Conner.

The Jaguars added running back Tank Bigsby to the room this offseason, along with veterans JaMychal Hasty and D’Ernest Johnson. Facing an uphill battle for touches, Conner will now have a chance to pass through waivers and be claimed by another team. He rushed 12 times for 42 yards and one touchdown last season. Conner was well behind JaMycal Hasty in the backfield pecking order following Travis Etienne's foot injury. Conner has a long path to fantasy relevance with Darrell Henderson likely to be active in Week 13 against Detroit. 

The Jags are shockingly healthy, listing zero players on their Week 2 injury report. That simply does not happen. Yet to be a part of the 46-man game-day roster this season, fifth-round rookie Conner would need injury in front of him to come on the re-draft radar as the junior member of a committee.
