Hall's signing comes just hours before rookies are expected to report for Bucs training camp. The 33rd overall pick of this year's draft, Hall has reportedly been bulking up to serves as a 3-4 DE in Tampa Bay's scheme this season. An enormous presence along the defense line, Hall totaled 48 tackles, 13.5 TFLs and 6.5 sacks in his final season at Houston, on his way to first-team All-ACC honors. He'll likely be thrust into the starting lineup as early as Week 1.
