Panthers GM Dan Morgan said the Panthers are negotiating an extension with CB Jaycee Horn.

The Athletic’s Joe Person writes that the Panthers view extending Jaycee Horn as “their top priority.”

Panthers declared CB Jaycee Horn, WR Deven Thompkins, QB Jack Plummer, WR Velus Jones Jr., S Lonnie Johnson, LB Josey Jewell, and G Robert Hunt inactive for Week 18 against the Falcons.
