Montre Hartage
Player News
Hartage notched eight tackles (six solo) and one defended pass across four regular-season games in 2019.
Hartage spent the season shifting between Miami's practice squad and active roster, and he was limited to a reserve role when game-time action did present itself. He'll have to compete for a spot on the roster for the 2020 season.
Hartage was promoted to the Dolphins' active roster Saturday.
Hartage was waived by Miami on Dec. 3, but subsequently landed back on its practice squad. He will now get another chance on the 53-man roster, but he will presumably just be providing depth in the secondary.
The Dolphins waived Hartage on Tuesday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
Hartage only played one game with the Dolphins, during which he notched one solo tackle. The undrafted rookie out of Northwestern will now look to catch on in a depth capacity elsewhere in the league.
Hartage was signed by the Dolphins on Saturday, Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports.
The 22-year-old safety finds himself on an active NFL roster for the first time. Hartage will likely make his NFL debut Sunday against the Eagles.
