Hamilton played in 10 games and started five last year after starting off on the non-football injury list due to a cooking accident. Hamilton turned 30 in January and finds himself on a very weak depth chart in Arizona with Marco Wilson, Christian Matthew, and Nate Hairston as the other outside corners. It's possible he sees a lot of snaps in 2023. 

Hamilton tweeted he suffered second-degree burns on his feet following a cooking accident. It is a tough break for the journeyman special teamer, who appeared to be in line for a real role in Arizona's defense. Even after acquiring Trayvon Mullen on cutdown day, the Cardinals are thin at corner. 

Hamilton spent last year with the Chiefs, where he played 75% of his snaps as a gunner on special teams. The 28-year-old can also back up at corner and safety. 

Hamilton was a special teamer with the Giants the last two seasons. The 27-year-old can also contribute in sub-packages.
