Blaine Clausell

Clausal signed with the Ravens as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi State back in May of last year. He was among their final roster cuts, but signed on the Patriots’ practice squad just a few days later. Clausell returned to the Ravens later on in the year, but was once again waived coming out of the preseason before being signed to the practice squad. The Redskins later signed Clausell off of the Ravens’ practice squad about a month ago. Clausell has yet to appear in an NFL game, and won't see his first action with the Redskins as they have waived him.

Blaine Clausell has been with the Ravens before but was released by the Patriots practice squad earlier in the week. Clausell has been re-signed by the Ravens and placed on the practice squad to provide organizational depth.

The Patriots offensive line is healthy which made Clausell expendable. The team will add a position of need to their practice squad in the near future.

The undrafted rookie from Mississippi State was a longshot to make the roster, but he did well to last this long. The Ravens have one of the best offensive lines in football, but Clausell could catch on with a team that has a need on the line.
