Zeke Motta has been waived by Falcons with a failed physical destination.
Motta didn't appear in a single game last year, due to his suffering a fractured C1 vertebra in his neck (which required two surgeries to fix). At this point, it doesn't look like Motta will ever be a player with any IDP fantasy value.

Motta is a special teams specialist that was suffered a neck injury late last year. There is no word as to when he will ultimately join the Falcons.
Falcons' safety Zeke Motta, who underwent neck surgery in December, is scheduled to meet with a doctor next month to see if he will be able to play at all this season.
This will be a tough one as many expected Motta to retire rather than even think about coming back from this. It seems likely that the doctors will inform him of his need to sit st least this season out.
Falcons coach Mike Smith said starting defensive tackle Corey Peters and reserve safety Zeke Motta will be placed on injured reserve before the final regular-season game against Carolina on Sunday.
