J'Marcus Webb
Player News
Colts signed OT J'Marcus Webb to the practice squad.
Webb went unsigned through the first 13 weeks after making eight spot starts for Miami last year. The Colts also promoted P Ryan Allen and C Joey Hunt from the practice squad to the active roster.
Free agent RT J'Marcus Webb isn't expected to re-sign with the Dolphins.
Webb made eight starts for the Dolphins last year but he allowed seven sacks and graded out as the worst tackle in the league at Pro Football Focus. Even with Miami's depth issues, it's an easy decision to move on from Webb.
Webb is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets with a quadriceps injury.
Webb was added to the injury report Thursday as a full participant, but he was downgraded to limited participation Friday to earn the questionable tag. The fact that the 31-year-old finished the week trending in the wrong direction could have him headed towards a game-time decision.
Webb (shin) was a full participant during Thursday's practice, Safid Deen of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Webb left Sunday's loss to the Bills with a leg injury but doesn't appear to be in danger of missing any more time after Thursday's practice. Expect the 31-year-old tackle to be on the field Monday versus the Steelers.
