The Jets are likely going to be looking for new players to fill in everywhere while they sputter towards the end of this disappointing season. With nothing to play for other than exposure and seeing what they've got at every spot, Brown will likely have ample opportunities to play.

Brown has only been on the field for seven snaps all season for Jacksonville so it was time to move on. The former second-round selection out of Kansas State just hasn't produced in his NFL career and is unlikely to be picked up at this point in the season.
