Broncos have announced Vance Walker has a torn ACL and will miss the season.
While taking part in Broncos 9-on-7 drills, Walker felt his knee buckle and knew that something catastrophic had occurred. He laid on the ground for several minutes before eventually being carted off the practice field. Jared Crick is expected to take over his spot as a starting interior lineman.

Reports are that Walker couldn't put much pressure on his right leg and was replaced by Jared Crick. The veteran defensive end has been very reliable throughout his career, only missing two games since 2010. Walker and the Broncos will hope for the best and we should know more after he's evaluated further.

Walker played for the Chiefs last season and recorded 19 tackles and two sacks. He will have a starting role with the Broncos and will look to improve from a moderately disappointing 2014 season.
