Jay Bromley

Bromley played two games with the Saints last season but landed on injured reserve with an arm injury. The 26-year-old should serve as a depth defensive tackle in San Francisco.

Bromley is currently on the PUP list at training camp. The hope is that he'll be ready to go for some of the preseason games. He is currently listed behind Damon Harrison in the Giants depth chart.

Bromley, who just completed his second season in the NFL, is cleared of all accusations made against him. The incident apparently had occurred at a Manhattan hotel, but we now have learned it's completely false. Bromley played all 16 games for the Giants this year. He made 36 tackles in the heart of the G-Men's defense.

The case is still being investigated by the NYPD but the basic gist of it is that Bromley met a woman on Instagram and met her at a hotel where they apparently had some sort of intimate interaction. The woman states that she performed one act while Bromley tried to force more from her. Bromley is emphatically denying the rape allegations and said that anything that happened was consensual and above board. One can be sure that once the investigation is done, Goodell will have a shot at punishing the 23-year-old DT.
